Barry N. Kramer (born November 10, 1942) is a retired American professional basketball player and a jurist. A 6'4" (1.93 m) guard-forward from New York University, Kramer was named to the All America first team in his junior year of 1962-63, when he played with teammate Happy Hairston.〔http://fs.ncaa.org/Docs/stats/m_basketball_RB/2009/Award.pdf〕 He was selected by the San Francisco Warriors with the sixth pick of the 1964 NBA Draft. He played one season in the NBA with the Warriors and New York Knicks, averaging 3.6 points per game.
